I wash at the Florida blvd location!!! Employee Bria is so helpful and always have a friendly smile on her face !! She helped me load my wash card and showed me how to work the machines!!! Very Pleased!!!!

This wash and dry laundry location is clean, and has excellent customer service, and the machines work properly. If you are traveling from out of state this is the perfect area to clean your clothes. I give this place five stars because it’s the best in Louisiana to deep clean your clothing.

We had over 100 lb. of laundry that needed to be cleaned quickly. It was exactly 24 hours from pick up to drop off at my door and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Smells fantastic, everything looks so much cleaner than when I do it, and folded up perfectly. 100% highly recommend Speed Queen! 5 stars. Everyone should use them!!

I have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to KJ at Speed Queen Laundromat because she was absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, she made my entire experience so easy and stress-free. You can tell right away that KJ truly cares about her job and about the people who walk through those doors. She’s professional, respectful, and kind, but also very on top of things — she runs that place like a pro! The laundromat itself was spotless, machines were working perfectly, and KJ made sure everyone had what they needed. She didn’t just sit behind the counter — she was up, helping people, wiping down machines, answering questions, and keeping everything in order. You don’t see that kind of dedication everywhere, and it honestly makes a huge difference. Customer service like that is rare these days. KJ represents Speed Queen with pride, and it shows in everything she does. She’s friendly, hardworking, and she made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back just because of the great experience she provided. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s KJ — she’s a true asset to Speed Queen Laundromat!

Such a nice facility - and super friendly kind folks working there. Lovely neighborhood vibes. Snacks, wifi, drinks, clean, all washer and dryer working and fast, ipads for kids to play games, nice seating area, etc. Highly recommend!

Omg. So this was my first experience ever. Since it was my first time I got 50% off. With washing,drying,pickup,and delivery my total came out to be $24.99 for 23 pounds of clothes. That’s a steal honestly. Mr. Jeremy who is the owner called and asked if there was anything I needed help with or was wondering and if I needed to know anything to just call. I called back about 3-4 times asking questions and he answered all of them for me so kindly. He remembered my voice and matched it to my name. Very good customer service and such a nice man. Not to mention my clothes came in this really nice big black laundry bag that was not only zip tied to keep my clothes smelling fresh but also the clothes were also tied up in a plastic bag to ensure everything was top notch. Clothes felt so soft and you can smell them through BOTH bags. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back to them.

My goodness this laundromat is absolutely amazing! It has been many many years since I’ve used a laundromat and I was nothing short 100% pleased! The attendant Bria is a very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful person! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner Jeremy. He made me feel very welcome and appreciated! This is a very clean place and all of the machines are working very well. I highly recommend this laundromat without reservation!
